Claim Assignment
We will contact the policyholder within 15 minutes of a claim assignment to schedule the pack out.

Pack Out
Pack out is typically completed within 24 hours, and sometimes as quickly as 2 to 3 hours after notification. Because the very best restoration results are obtained the sooner the damaged items are processed, we prefer to conduct the pack out as soon as possible. However, we will work to whatever schedule is convenient for you and your policyholder.

Detailed Inventory and Xactimate Estimate
Evans provides a detailed inventory and a not to exceed Xactimate estimate just 48 hours after pack out!  This estimate details the maximum cost to restore all items packed out. The final cost may be lower to account for items that cannot be restored and unacceptable items, but it will never be higher!

Finished and Invoiced in 14 Days
Jobs will be completed and invoiced within 14 days of pack out.

Policyholder Service
Evans practices “high touch” customer service, contacting the policyholder directly at five crucial steps in the process, including a follow-up after final delivery to insure complete satisfaction, eliminating additional phone calls for you to deal with.
