Mike Rusciolelli: President
Mike Rusciolelli, President of Evans Garment Restoration, LLC, has been exposed to the Dry Cleaning & Fire Restoration industry for the last thirty-four years. Starting in the early 1990's, Mike started formulating a specific cleaning process for smoke removal from textiles. He has since created three proprietary cleaning processes and currently has a federal patent with possibly more forthcoming. A garment restoration division was established within the company in 1997. Then in 2000, a 26,000 sq. ft. building was added for processing only garment restoration dry cleaning. Since 2003, Mike started franchising the concept of garment restoration specific dry cleaning and laundry plants around the country.
Barry Cannon: National Technical Director
Barry Cannon is the Technical Director for Evans Garment Restoration at the Corporate Office in Springfield, IL. He was born in Cincinnati, OH and grew up on a farm in Eastern Indiana. He later moved to Scottsdale, AZ where he attended Scottsdale Community College. He has been in the dry cleaning industry since the age of 13. In 1992 he moved to Texas to work for and International Dry Cleaning Machine Manufacture to become the Director of Technical Support. 1998 He started his own service and repair business. In 2000 the opportunity with Evans opened up. He joined Evans in overseeing the plant construction and installation, then became the Plant Manager until 2005. At that time Evans began opening up franchise locations, he stepped up to Technical Director of the Evans Garment Restoration. Barry has worked from the Counter to Cleaner to Marker to Maintenance to now installing new garment restoration plants. Barry is proud to be part of the Evans Team and has proven to be a tremendous asset to Evans Garment Restoration.
Bridget Hill: National Operations Director
Bridget Hill is the National Operations Director for Evans Garment Restoration at the Corporate Office in Springfield, IL. She joined Evans in July 2004. She was raised in Nokomis, IL. Upon high school graduation, she chose to attend the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, majoring in Business Administration, specializing in Agri-Business Economics. She comes to Evans Garment Restoration from the Corporate Office of a John Deere dealer, where she performed the Finance Manager role for multiple locations in Kentucky and Tennessee. Bridget is self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented and has proven to be a great asset to Evans. She has been directly involved with the development and implementation of the bar-coding inventory system, national vendor programs and plays a major role in the training and support for the franchisees. In addition she takes part in the systems development & management, data analysis and the day to day operations of the business. She is proud to be part of the Evans Team and looks forward to the exciting direction the company is headed.
Myra Glenn: Accounting
Myra Glenn is a native Illinoisan, raised on a farm and therefore has a very strong work ethic. She has been in the accounting field for over 20 years and came to work for Evans on October 1, 2001. She comes to Evans with experience in banking; continuous recording; computer & software service/sales industries. She continues to see the possibilities with Evans and is intrigued by what they have accomplished in the garment restoration industry. She also will continue to work with management to help Evans meet and exceed industry and customer expectations. She is very proud to be a part of the Evans team and part of its future growth in the industry.
Renee Moore: Account Manager - St. Louis Metro
Renee Moore was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Upon high school graduation, she chose to stay in the area and attend the University of Missouri -- St. Louis, majoring in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management and Marketing. She comes to Evans Garment Restoration with 14 years experience in a supervisor/management capacity in retail, credit/collections, project management and marketing in restoration. Her customer service and management experience coupled with her restoration background will be an asset in the St. Louis market.
Pete Willems: Account Manager - NE IL
Peter Willems is one of our Chicagoland Account Managers for Evans Garment Restoration. He graduated from Carmel High School in Mundelein, Illinois and attended Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois where he studied Business Administration. He comes to Evans Garment Restoration with over 20 years experience in the insurance industry primarily with CNA in the claim services sector where he developed and launched multiple loss reporting centers and marketed these services to internal and external customers. His most recent experience has been as a consultant for Zurich Insurance working claims related projects.
Jennifer Boyle: NE IL Account Manager
Jennifer comes to Evans with over nine years of experience in property loss knowledge; specializing in water, fire and smoke remediation for the last three years. Her background includes a degree in Speech Communication and Public Relations from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, in which she graduated in 1991. She also has her IICRC WRT certification. Jennifer was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and now resides in the northwest suburbs with her family.
Elaine Anderson: Account Manager
Elaine Anderson is our newest addition to Evans Garment Restoration. She completed her education at University of Michigan with a degree in Radiation Oncology where she went to become Director of a Radiation Oncology Department for a large area hospital. After losing a brother to cancer, she switched career paths and began working in sales, marketing and public relations. For the past 7 years, she has focused primarily in property insurance with her most recent experience being in textile restoration. She has always admired the integrity, commitment and quality that Evans Garment Restoration brings to the industry. She is a life long resident of the Chicagoland area where she resides with her family.
Tammy Woolridge: Plant Manager
Tammy Wooldridge has been with Evans since 1992, starting when Evans was a retail dry cleaner. She worked her way up to be counter manager and became the Garment Restoration Coordinator and currently the Plant Manager for Evans Garment Restoration. Tammy’s knowledge and experience in garment restoration industry has made her a great asset to the Evans team. She is dedicated to the Evans System and a strong contributor to the success and development of the Evans process. Tammy oversees the operations and keeps the plant flowing smoothly. Tammy is a key part of the Evans Team.
Nancy Graham: GR Coordinator
Nanci Graham was born and raised in the Springfield area in the small town of Virden, IL. Upon graduating high school she decided to further her education at Western Illinois University. She graduated in 1995 with a BA in Science (division of RPTA – Recreation, Park, Tourism, and Administration) and a minor in Hospitality. After graduation she worked in the hotel industry for five years and in 2001 moved to Memphis, TN. There she started working for ServiceMaster Clean Corporate in the DR department as the DR Commercial Coordinator. After five years of working in the industry, she decided to move back to her home in Illinois and she began work for Evans in 2007 as the GR Coordinator. Nanci’s outgoing personality and extensive knowledge in customer service have made her a valuable asset to Evans Garment Restoration. She is thrilled to be a part of the Evans family.
