Evans Garment Restoration Positioned for Major Growth

April 20, 2009 - Evans Garment Restoration, LLC announces the grand re-opening of its plants in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas as well as the opening of the central Tennessee market as part of a major growth strategy.

“Every company has growing pains”, says company President Mike Rusciolelli, “And we’ve had more than our fair share over the last year or so. But all that is now behind us and we are back and growing stronger than ever. With Atlanta, Dallas and central Tennessee, we have dramatically expanded Evans’ coverage and are aggressively planning for further growth.”

All Evans plants specialize exclusively in the restoration of textiles, clothing and soft goods damaged by soot, smoke, water, wind and mold. Both the Atlanta and Dallas plants have recently undergone a “review and renewal” process to insure that they are operating at the highest standards of quality and service.

“Evans is the only garment restoration company in the industry with a patented process that allows us to successfully restore 92-93% of the clothing, textiles and soft goods in a normal claim, which is twice as many as the typical dry cleaner that does this type of work”, says Rusciolelli. “That means that we can provide the highest service levels in the industry while also saving insurers a lot of money and getting their claims closed faster with a lot less hassle.”

Evans has several additional advantages over retail dry cleaners that provide garment restoration services. “Evans specializes exclusively in insurance restoration work and performs no retail dry cleaning or laundry in any of our plants”, says Rusciolelli. “We do business based on the needs of the insurer, which is why we have a single Account Manager assigned to every loss from start to finish, have an unmatched  bar coded inventory control system, and are totally focused on successful restoration to contain costs. Evans plants are also designed to achieve the very highest levels of quality and service in the garment restoration industry.”

Evans has also developed a proprietary system for the successful restoration of more than 95% of soft goods (shoes, belts, purses, bags) that it processes and performs this work in-house. “Our soft goods process is so good that when we restore leather items they’re not just returned to pre-loss condition, they’re completely restored”, says Rusciolelli.
